Very lovely welcome at reception. Our room 129 was nearby so no carrying our bags for miles was a bonus. Room was clean and cosy with everything there we expected. Shower fabulous and squidgy pillows and bed. Many facilities in the adjacent services building including eateries, coffee and Smith's. The loos were clean too👍🏻 If staying in the hotel, you can book breakfast and an evening meal for £25. We unfortunately didn't have time to try this as our son was a patient in Addenbrookes Hospital and therefore spent most of our 3 days there. Car parking was free for our stay but ensure reception have your car registration number. If we have to stay near the hospital again, this is where we would come. So very easy to go to Trumpington Park & Ride, leave the car for free (for upto 18 hours) and then bus it straight into the hospital grounds.

No frills, just perfect for short stay and the price was great , breakfast is easy with enough choice and will recommend to anyone looking for an easy well priced stay over with restaurants and shops all on site , the view from our room was over the fields into the countryside so anyone fancying a stroll on a fine evening will be more than impressed with the location . Located just off the M11 motorway 1 hour from London is perfect for travellers heading north and south of Britain and for those who wish to visit the ancient and academic city of Cambridge with a unique nightlife and cultural dining , I have rated this hotel 5/5 purely on its convenience and I will continue to revisit in the future

Reception staff were pleasant, efficient and professional in booking us in. I double checked the requirement to register our car for free parking on our booking in form. Reception also provided extra milk for our tea and coffee in the room and made us aware of breakfast and evening meal times. The room layout was good, especially having the basin situated in the bedroom rather than in the shower/toilet. Comfortable bed, high standard of cleanliness throughout, decor and fittings in good condition. A very good variety of cereal, bread, fruit, 'Full English' and juice available for self-service breakfast with helpful staff on hand if needed.

The hotel is relatively well located if you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay whilst visiting Cambridge. Whilst it's not in a picturesque location (unless you really like service stations and lorry car parks), it does have pretty good road links to the city (about 8 miles away). There are nearby food options in the neighbouring services as well as restaurant facilities in the hotel, so you're unlikely to starve whilst staying. Some of the decor is looking a little tired but it is clean, comfortable, relatively quiet and the staff are friendly.

I like that my two dogs could stay at the hotel with me. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff are all lovely and very helpful. The room was modern, clean and spacious and it was nice and quiet at night. Even though the hotel is based at Services it was only 15mins drive from Cambridge University Vets which was the reason for my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with a dog. The staff even enquired how my dog was doing after his op.
